Winter Rose Community Information
We are a very friendly community of 51 homes in District 3 of the City of Dunwoody, GA. Our subdivision was developed
in the 1999-2000 period. We are such a nice community to live in that we still have many residents who are the original
owners of their homes.
We have a Homeowners Association (HOA) with a voting Board and non-voting committees composed by
volunteer residents. Our annual dues are mainly used to make improvements to common areas of the community.
We also use a portion of the dues for neighborhood social events that promote community bonding amongst our residents.
We are conveniently located close to highways I85 and I285 and to the Perimeter Business and Shopping District. We have a number of
recreational and worship facilities and great ethnic restaurants nearby.
We are in an excellent Dekalb County school district.
Kingsley Charter School
(Elementary),
Peachtree Charter Middle School
, and
Dunwoody High School
have received a variety of awards over the years.
We are quite an international community. Many of our residents are originally from countries all over the globe. We have
residents from Belgium, Brazil, China, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Korea, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Russia and Tanzania.
We do not really have a large representation from any specific foreign nation, and that is what makes our community so
culturally diverse.
